Sediment

Sediment, Layered Abstract Sculpture from Recycled Car Tires

What we don’t say doesn’t disappear. It settles.

Sediment is about the things we carry quietly: words left unspoken, feelings pushed down, and old wounds never fully dealt with. Like sediment at the bottom of a river, they sink out of sight one thin layer at a time, until the weight of what lies beneath becomes impossible to ignore. The sculpture makes that hidden build-up visible, and invites us to look at what has gathered underneath.
